GAP Microfinance Limited held its 6th Annual General Meeting at the Church Auditorium of Osu Ebenezer Presbyterian Church on Wednesday 29th July 2020. Various Resolutions were duly passed by the Company in the presence of persons who were entitled to attend

The Chairperson of the Board of Directors, Mrs Beatrice Odonkor took those present through the Order of Proceedings with introduction of other Board Members, The Chairperson and Clerk Presbytery, the Principal Officers of the Ga Presbytery and a team from the General Assembly Office nominated by the Clerk of General Assembly.

In conclusion, The Chairperson thanked the Reverend Ministers, the Representatives from the Districts on behalf of the Directors of the Company for attendance and support over the years in making the Company a success and hope for their continued support to make the business bigger.

Management has taken keen interest in recent developments in the financial industry. We assure you of our efforts to safeguard your hard earned funds. Management encourages the following measures:

  1. Deal only with our Mobile Bankers or any GAP Microfinance designated Officers who can be identified by their ID Cards.
  1. Please demand official GAP Microfinance receipts for all payments made to any sales personnel, i.e. Mobile Banker or designated Officer.
  1. If a Certificate and/or a Statement is not received for an investment in a maximum of 4 working days, please contact your Branch Manager or Accounts Officer and demand for one.
